Transport belt BELTCAR 2T (4 or 6 meters)

A transport belt is designed to secure loads during transport to prevent them from moving and protect them from possible damage. It effectively resists the forces acting on the load during movement, ensuring safety and stability.

Specifications:

• Maximum load: 2 tons (2000 kg)
• Available lengths:
  • 4 meters (belt length 3.6 meters + buckle length 0.4 meters)
  • 6 meters (belt length 5.6 meters + buckle length 0.4 meters)
• Belt width: 35 mm
• Strap tensile strength (LC): 1000 daN
• Webbing strength (on the belt): 2000 daN
• Nominal hand force (SHF): 50 daN
• Nominal tensile force (STF): 150 daN
• Permissible load (LC): 1000 daN
• Tape elongation up to 6% at LC

Application: This transport belt is an indispensable tool to ensure the stability of loads during transport. It is especially suitable for medium-heavy loads up to 2 tons. With several lengths to choose from, this belt is versatile and can be adapted to various transport needs.

Advantages:

• High-quality materials ensure durability and reliability.
• Different lengths allow you to adapt the belt to specific cargo sizes and shapes.
• Nominal arm strength and tensile strength provide additional safety and stability.
• The tape's stretchability of up to 6% provides flexibility and security when the load moves during transport.

Additional information: The transport belt with a maximum load of 2 tons is an ideal tool for both professional transport and everyday use. Choose the right length for your needs and enjoy safe and reliable cargo securing.
