Is it possible to return/exchange goods?
- Items can be returned or exchanged very simply and easily - just send us an email. email info@dudu.lt and we will provide you with all the information.
- If, before buying a product, you have doubts about the size/color/quality/model of the purchase - you can always contact us by e-mail. by mailinfo@dudu.lt
- We will provide all kinds of help and advise you on issues of interest.
- If, however, the received product did not meet your expectations, please inform us about it within 14 days by e-mail: info@dudu.lt
- Important! The cost of return shipping for a returned or exchanged item must be paid by the buyer. Socks and underwear are not returnable.
Within 14 calendar days of the product, you can easily:
- change to another model;
- return the product and recover the money paid.
Please note that returned or exchanged goods should:
- have not lost their value - must not be used, undamaged, scratched or otherwise damaged;
- to be without losing its commercial appearance;
- The package must not be torn or destroyed.
For return or exchange shipping addressPlease contact us. Large devices and goods weighing more than 30 kg must be returned directly to the manufacturers.
When we or the manufacturers receive a product that is not suitable for you, we undertake to inform you within 14 calendar days whether the product meets the return/exchange criteria and to replace the product or return the money you paid for it.

The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the rules for the return and exchange of goods and the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication.
Underwear, socks, glasses, protective screens to protect the eyes and earplugs are not exchangeable or accepted in accordance with Clause 18 of the Return and Exchange Policy.
