Can I return or exchange an item?

1. If you have any questions about an item’s size, colour, quality or model before ordering, please email info@dudu.lt.
2. We will be happy to help and advise you.
3. If your item does not meet your expectations, please notify us by email at info@dudu.lt within 14 calendar days.
4. Important: The buyer pays the return shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Socks and underwear cannot be returned.

Within 14 calendar days, you can:

• Exchange the item for another model.
• Return the item for a refund.

Returned or exchanged items must:

• Be unused, undamaged, unscratched and otherwise intact, with no loss of value.
• Retain their original saleable condition.
• Have packaging that is not torn or destroyed.

Please contact us for the return shipping address. Large equipment and goods weighing more than 30 kg must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the unsuitable item, we or the manufacturer will inform you whether it meets the return or exchange criteria and exchange it or refund the amount paid.

Additional information

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods and the Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services under Contracts Concluded by Means of Communication.

Under clause 18 of the Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods, underwear, socks, glasses, protective eye shields and earplugs are not accepted for return or exchange.
