General Provisions

These rules (hereinafter - the Rules) are considered a purchase-sale contract concluded between DUDU.LT administrator (UAB IP valdymas) (hereinafter - the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter - the Buyer).

The rules are made to ensure the DUDU of the Buyer and the online store.LT (hereinafter - the Store) rights, duties and responsibilities.

The rules apply when the Buyer uses the Store in all possible ways,

By paying for the product, the buyer confirms that he has carefully read all the Rules, understands their content and agrees without any reservations to all the provisions set out in the Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

The Store is released from any responsibility in cases where the losses occur because the Buyer, disregarding the recommendations provided to him and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with the Rules of the Store, although he was given such an opportunity.

The store reserves the right to change the Rules at any time.

The buyer, after choosing the goods offered to him, creates an order basket.

After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the necessary data for the execution of the order (name, surname, telephone, delivery address, etc.)

The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button.

Payment and Delivery

In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative via courier service or Lithuanian post.The preliminary term of delivery of the product is specified in the product description.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in compliance with the specified terms.These terms do not apply in cases where the necessary goods are not available in the Seller's warehouse, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods.At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of the goods.

In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or his authorized representative.If the buyer signs the invoice (bill of lading) or other document of shipment transfer - acceptance, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in a suitable condition.Having noticed that the package of the delivered package is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this in the invoice-invoice (bill of lading) or another shipment transfer-acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a free-form package violation act.If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage, if such damage was caused by packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the above procedure.

Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

The buyer has the right to buy under the conditions and procedures established by the store.

The buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price within the term specified in the rules and to accept the ordered goods.

If the Buyer provides inaccurate data or an incorrect address, the Buyer undertakes to pay all the resulting delivery or other additional costs of the Seller.

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchase - sales contract with styleidejas.lt online store, notifying the Seller about this by e-mail.by mail or phone.

Seller's Rights and Responsibilities

The seller has the right to unilaterally adjust the rules.The rules that were in effect at the time of placing the order apply.

The seller, if necessary, has the right to receive information that identifies the buyer and confirms his right to enter into a contract.

The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar as possible product.If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or the most similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days, if prepayment was made.

Return of goods

Exchange and return of goods are possible only if the goods have not been used, they are not damaged and they have not lost their appearance.Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.

When returning/changing a product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

Costs of product delivery are not refunded to the buyer.

Product quality, guarantees

Seller is not responsible for DUDU.The color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the LT online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

Final Provisions

All disagreements arise between the Buyer and the Seller and are resolved through negotiations.If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
