Shipping Policy

  1. We will deliver the goods to you no later than within 4 - 9 working days. Due to reasons beyond our control (post office or courier work), we inform customers separately in the event of a delay in the delivery period.
  2. For orders of 29 EUR and more, delivery by mail and LP Express postal machines - Free. When ordering for 39 EUR and more - delivery with a courier is Free.
  3. The delivery period of the goods is calculated from the confirmation of the order, i.e. when the order is verified and payment for the goods has been received. Unless you choose to pay by picking up the product, then the delivery period of the product is calculated from the day of receipt of the order.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time, we are always waiting for your message or call and we will try to find a suitable solution for you. We make every effort to deliver your chosen product as soon as possible.
  5. We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you specified. Please note that if you choose to pay by post, you will need to pay for the goods at the nearest post office.
