General provisions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a sales agreement between the operator of this online store, UAB Infrastruktūros projektų valdymas (the “Seller”), and the customer (the “Buyer”).

The Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the online store and product catalogue (the “Store”).

The Terms apply whenever the Buyer uses the Store or catalogue.

By paying for an item, the Buyer confirms that they have carefully read and understood all the Terms, accept every provision without reservation and agree to comply with them.

The Store accepts no liability for losses arising where the Buyer, despite having the opportunity to do so, fails to read the Terms or follow the recommendations provided and their own obligations.

The Store reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time.

Placing an order

The Buyer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to the shopping basket.

The Buyer then provides the information required to process the order, including their first name, surname, telephone number and delivery address.

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer clicks “Confirm order”.

Payment and delivery

If the Buyer cannot accept the goods in person, but the goods are delivered to the address and in accordance with the other information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer may not claim against the Seller on the grounds that the goods were delivered to the wrong recipient.

The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorised representative by courier, parcel locker or Lithuanian Post. The estimated delivery time is stated in the product description.

The Seller undertakes to deliver within the timeframes set out in the delivery policy. These timeframes do not apply where the required goods are unavailable in the Seller’s warehouse and the Buyer is informed of the shortage. The Buyer also accepts that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller will contact the Buyer promptly to agree delivery arrangements.

The Seller is not liable for a failure to meet delivery timeframes where non-delivery or late delivery is caused by the Buyer or circumstances within the Buyer’s control.

On delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the parcel together with the Seller or its authorised representative. Once the Buyer signs the delivery acceptance document or collects the parcel from a parcel locker, post office or courier, the parcel is considered to have been delivered in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, including being crushed, wet or otherwise visibly damaged, the Buyer must notify the postal or courier service and complete a damage report in accordance with that service’s procedures. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller is not liable for damage to the goods caused by packaging damage that the Buyer did not record as described above.

The minimum order value is €15 including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders below this value at its discretion.

The Buyer’s rights and obligations

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods under the Store’s terms and procedures.

The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price within the period specified in the Terms and to accept the ordered goods.

If the Buyer provides incorrect information or an incorrect address, the Buyer must pay any resulting additional delivery or other costs incurred by the Seller.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement with the DUDU.LT online store by notifying the Seller by email or telephone.

The Seller’s rights and obligations

The Seller may amend the Terms unilaterally. The Terms in effect when the order was placed apply to that order.

Where necessary, the Seller may request information identifying the Buyer and confirming the Buyer’s right to enter into the agreement.

If significant circumstances prevent the Seller from supplying the ordered item, the Seller will offer an equivalent item or one with the closest possible characteristics. If the Buyer declines the proposed alternative, the Seller will refund any advance payment within five working days.

VAT invoices for private individuals are issued by the 20th day of the following month.

Returns

Goods may be exchanged or returned only if they are unused, undamaged and retain their original saleable condition. Changes to the appearance of an item or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the item are not considered significant changes to its appearance.

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning or exchanging an item.

Delivery costs are not refunded to the Buyer.

Product quality and warranties

Essential information about each item sold in this online catalogue is provided in its product description.

The Seller is not responsible for differences between the colours, shapes or other characteristics shown in the online catalogue and the actual products where those differences result from the Buyer’s display settings or characteristics.

Final provisions

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller will be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Changes to the privacy terms

We may amend the privacy terms in whole or in part by publishing a notice in the online catalogue. Continued use of the online store after changes take effect is considered acceptance of those changes.
